1. Purchase the correct replacement screen
The first step is to purchase the correct replacement screen. You will want to ensure that the new screen you get is compatible with your iPhone model and that it meets all of the specifications you need.
When choosing a replacement screen, make sure you find an LCD compatible with the iPhone 11 Pro Max. Also, look for a digitizer with 3D touch capability, as this feature is exclusive to the Pro Max. Ensure the replacement display will fit in the same space as your old one.

2. Remove the old screen
To begin, insert your plastic opening tool into the seam between the glass and the phone’s frame. Gently wiggle the tool along the edge of the frame to loosen up the adhesive underneath the glass. Do not put too much pressure, or you may damage the frame.

Carefully remove the old adhesive from the edges of the display assembly. This will make it easier to install the new display without any issues.
Once the new display is prepared and ready for installation, use the spudger tool to attach the new display assembly to the frame of the phone. You may need to use a bit of force, but be sure not to overdo it, as this could damage both the phone and the display.
Finally, replace all the screws holding the display assembly and reconnect the battery connector to complete the installation process. Once everything is connected, power on your iPhone 11 Pro Max to ensure everything is working correctly. Congratulations! Your new display is now ready for use!
